Where in Maryland Do We Travel?
Our Maryland range is the close-in DMV, not the whole state. That means Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Rockville, North Bethesda, National Harbor, Oxon Hill and neighboring Montgomery and Prince George’s County communities, plus Annapolis. Farther afield — Frederick, Baltimore proper, Western Maryland, the Eastern Shore — we will consider with a travel fee, quoted before you book.
Bethesda and Chevy Chase homes
Roomy houses and condo party rooms, and the shortest drive we make. Dining rooms with the table pushed aside are our favorite Bethesda setup.
Silver Spring and Rockville
Apartment clubrooms and townhouses dominate here. Downtown Silver Spring buildings usually have a reservable lounge with good light; Rockville groups often host at home with driveway parking.
National Harbor and Oxon Hill
Hotel suites and rented condos make this a strong pick for out-of-town bachelorette groups who want a walkable base. Clear a private gathering with the property first.
Annapolis
Waterfront rental houses and historic downtown townhomes. Rooms are often smaller and older, which is fine — we scale seating to the space. Weekend dates go early in season.
Planning Notes for Maryland Hosts
- Condo and HOA rules: many Montgomery County buildings require the resident to reserve the party room and stay on site. Sort that before you lock a date.
- Parking: garage visitor spots in Bethesda and Silver Spring fill up on weekend evenings; a driveway or a reserved spot makes load-in quicker.
- Historic Annapolis homes: narrow doorways and stairs are common. Mention them and we will pack accordingly.
- Hotel gatherings: National Harbor properties generally want advance notice of a private event in a suite.
- Setup: we arrive about 45 minutes early and need space for chairs plus a pose area.

Which parts of Maryland do you actually serve?
- Close-in Maryland: Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Silver Spring, Rockville, North Bethesda, National Harbor, Oxon Hill and the nearby Montgomery and Prince George's County communities, plus Annapolis. We do not cover the whole state — Western Maryland and the Eastern Shore are outside our regular range, though we will quote a travel fee if you ask.
Can you come to Annapolis for a weekend party?
- Yes. Annapolis is part of our regular Maryland range and works well for waterfront rental houses and downtown townhomes. Weekend dates there book earliest in spring and early fall, so give us as much notice as you can.
Can we host at a National Harbor hotel or condo?
- Often, with permission. Hotel suites and condo party rooms at National Harbor work when there is a private sitting area separate from sleeping space, and the property is aware of your gathering. Confirming that permission and any room fee is the guest's responsibility.
