Clubroom and sky-lounge bookings are the easy win here: reservable, well lit and usually free with your building fob. Reserve the room early — Saturday evenings go fast in Rosslyn, Ballston and Tysons.
Old Town Alexandria rentals
Townhouse rentals near King Street are a bachelorette favorite. Rooms tend to be narrow but tall, which works fine for us. Check the rental's event policy before you count on hosting there.
Fairfax, Reston and Herndon homes
Suburban houses give us the most room to work with — dining rooms and finished basements are both great. Driveway parking makes load-in about as easy as it gets.
Loudoun, Leesburg and Occoquan getaways
Weekend rental houses out toward wine country and along the Occoquan waterfront suit longer sessions. Groups often schedule us for the evening after a vineyard or shopping day.
Planning Notes for NoVA Hosts
- Clubroom reservations: most Arlington and Tysons buildings require the resident to book the room and be present. Confirm the private-event rules with your building manager.
- Guest parking: garages with visitor spots or a driveway make setup faster. Tell us which to expect when you book.
- Timing around traffic: for weekday evening events we build in buffer for the 66 and 495 crawl so setup still finishes before guests arrive.
- Rental house rules: Alexandria and Loudoun short-term rentals often cap guest counts. Venue permission and fees are the guest's responsibility.
- Space: chairs in a loose semicircle plus a pose area is the whole requirement.

- Yes, and it is one of our most common NoVA bookings. Old Town townhouse rentals suit groups of six to ten well. Confirm the rental's event and guest-count rules first, since short-term rental restrictions in Alexandria are strict and venue permission is the guest's responsibility.
Do you charge extra to travel to Loudoun County?
- No. Leesburg, Ashburn and the surrounding Loudoun area are inside our core service area. Groups heading to wine country often book a session at their rental house before or after a vineyard day.
Do you host divorce or freedom parties in Northern Virginia?
- Regularly. The session runs the same way — a professional nude figure model, an instructor leading warm-ups, drawing games and longer poses — but we shape the tone around the guest of honor, whether that is loud and celebratory or a low-key reset with close friends.
