Bare Canvas parties are priced per person: your model, your instructor and all the supplies arrive together at your location. Pick the package that fits your group, and we’ll shape the format, pacing and comfort level around you before the date.
Bare Essentials

Most private parties run $85–$105 per person — final pricing depends on group size, location and options. A per-event minimum applies for very small groups — we’ll confirm exact pricing when you check your date.

What Else Should We Budget For?
A few things sit outside the package price. Here they are in plain language so nothing surprises you at booking.
Is travel included?
- Travel is included within our core DMV service area. A travel fee may apply for events outside Washington DC, Northern Virginia and Maryland — including Richmond, VA — and we quote it upfront before you confirm.
Are venue fees included?
- No. Venue fees are the guest's responsibility. If you are hosting at a hotel, Airbnb, studio or event space, any room rental, cleaning or event charges are billed by that venue directly to you.
How much is the deposit?
- A 50% deposit secures your date, and the remaining balance is due before your event. Cancel more than 30 days before your event for a full refund of your deposit; cancellations within 30 days of the event forfeit the deposit.
Is gratuity included?
- Gratuity is not included in package pricing. Tipping your model and instructor is always appreciated and never expected.
What is the cancellation window?
- Thirty days. Cancel more than 30 days out and your deposit is refunded in full; inside 30 days the deposit is forfeited. We will always try to reschedule with you first when life gets in the way.
Can we serve alcohol at our party?
- Guests are responsible for confirming their own alcohol and venue rules. Bare Canvas does not supply or serve alcohol; if your space allows drinks, you are welcome to bring them.
